These terms govern your use of viewsfix.com (“ViewsFix”), operated by Shashank Mishra, India. By using ViewsFix you agree to them. Questions: shashank.swe.2020@gmail.com.

The service

ViewsFix analyses public YouTube channel data, and optionally your private YouTube Analytics, using AI to produce a diagnosis and recommended action items. The diagnosis is free. Detailed action items are unlocked with paid credits or a subscription.

Accounts

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). Do not abuse the service, scrape it, attempt to bypass payment, or use it in violation of the YouTube Terms of Service.

Payments and credits

• Prices are shown in USD and INR; you are charged in INR through Razorpay.
• Unlock packs are one-time purchases. Unlocks never expire and are non-transferable.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Delivery

ViewsFix is a digital service. Unlocks are added to your account immediately after successful payment; no physical goods are shipped. If unlocks do not appear within 30 minutes of payment, contact us and we will resolve it.

No guarantee of results

Recommendations are AI-generated estimates based on available data. YouTube’s algorithm is outside our control, so we do not guarantee any specific growth in views, subscribers or revenue. Expected-impact figures are estimates, not promises. Apply recommendations at your own judgement.

Your content

You keep all rights to your channel and content. You grant us permission to process the channel data needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewsFix is provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using ViewsFix and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with an updated date.
