Privacy Policy

ViewsFix (“we”, “us”) is operated by Shashank Mishra, India. This policy explains what data we collect when you use viewsfix.com, how we use it, and your choices. Contact: shashank.swe.2020@gmail.com.

Data we collect

• Account data from Google Sign-In: your name, email address and profile picture.
• Channel data you submit: the YouTube handle you enter and public channel/video data we fetch for it through the YouTube Data API (titles, view counts, upload dates, descriptions, thumbnails).
• YouTube Analytics data (optional): only if you click “Connect YouTube”, we request read-only access (youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly) to your channel’s private analytics such as retention, traffic sources, CTR and audience demographics.
• Payment data: purchases are processed by Razorpay. We store the order ID, amount and status. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Usage data: request logs (route, status, timing, user agent), anonymised IP hashes for rate limiting, and aggregate analytics from Vercel Analytics.
• Advertising cookies: if enabled, Google Ads and Google AdSense may set cookies to measure conversions and show ads (see “Advertising” below).

How we use data

• To generate your channel diagnosis and action items.
• To run your account, unlocks, subscriptions and progress tracking.
• To send emails you expect (analysis ready, progress reports). Reply to any email to stop non-essential emails.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal data.

Google and YouTube user data

ViewsFix uses YouTube API Services. By using ViewsFix you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

ViewsFix’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube Analytics data is used only to produce your own channel’s diagnosis, is never shown to other users, never used for advertising, and never used to train general AI models.

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. You can disconnect YouTube from your dashboard at any time, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we revoke and delete the stored tokens.

Processors we share data with

• OpenAI: channel and video metadata (and connected analytics, if any) to generate the analysis. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models.
• Razorpay: payment processing.
• Vercel and Turso: hosting and database.
• Resend: transactional email.
• Google: sign-in, YouTube APIs, and (if enabled) Ads/AdSense measurement.

Advertising

We may use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure sign-ups and purchases from our ads, and Google AdSense to show ads on some content pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, advertising cookies are off by default.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and analyses while your account is active. Payment records are kept as required by Indian tax law. To delete your account and all associated data, email shashank.swe.2020@gmail.com from your account email; we complete deletion within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

ViewsFix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to account holders.
